Not built for laptops
I've used PD based devices (power banks, GaN adapters, generic adapters) for a very long time, long enough to know how they work and even studying how the PD protocol works.What I think has happened with this device is a buggy implementation of the PD protocol. My laptop is fully PD compliant (up to 100W on my PD/Thunderbolt 4 port) as I use a PD GaN charger daily. And so is the cable, PD compliant up to 100W.For example, when I connect it to my laptop, for a moment the power bank attempts to charge my laptop and randomly within a few minutes it's doing the OPPOSITE! Yes, the laptop was charging the power bank! I disconnected and reconnected only for it to happen again. Also, Windows was reporting the charger as incompatible (that does happen sometimes though) and was behaving erratically ... it became slow and unstable.So even though this device can easily charge phones up to 65W, I can't say the same about laptops. Very poor experience. I've requested a replacement in hopes to see if it works. And I can tell you, it's not my laptop...I've been using it with PD for over 2 years.Go for a different brand if you need a power bank for a laptop. As for myself, I'm waiting to see if the replacement solves the issue. Disappointed.

Very useful and good build quality
Been using it for the last 3 months. Very useful and have been using it to charge my phone, bluetooth speaker, laptop, tablet and ear pods. There have been instances when my laptop was low on charge and the Amazon power bank comes to the rescue, at the Airport when I didn’t have a power outlet near my seating. Carry it in my laptop bag while flying and it meets the Airport security standards for power banks.

It's not durable.
I'm writing this review after 12 months of usage, this is the third-class product and has stopped working, it is not charging now..!
