My children absolutely love these vitamins, and they are doing wonders for their overall health! I have one child who suffered with chronic headaches and iron deficiency, and even while taking daily iron supplements he was not been able to maintain a normal level. I started him on the SmartPants vitamin with Fiber and he loved the taste of them. My next order was accidentally the SmartyPants vitamin without fiber (the red label), but with his last blood test, his iron levels have by increasing, and his headaches have gone from daily to once a week!My other child suffered with daily stomach pains that we have blood tested and has been the source of many pediatrician visits. When I started giving these vitamins he liked that he got two to begin with (for the first week) and then got four a day. It was like getting an extra treat! Two weeks into the vitamins, his stomach pains are gone, and he has cut back on his lactose chewables.With both of my children, I did not mention that the vitamins might help with this, so the placebo effect is non-existent to them. The only reason this is a four rather than 5 star review is that the vitamins are a bit pricey and the serving size of four gummies a day is quite high, making them even more expensive than other gummy vitamin brands. Overall though, I would absolutely say they are worth the extra money and I cannot believe the amazing changes I have seen!

I buy this gummies because one of my daughters is a picky eater and I want to supplement whatever nutrients she is missing. They have a good taste, and also high fiber content.

These are excellent! They have methylated folate, and I love that they have fiber because my son dealt with pretty bad constipation. (I won't say if they helped or not because it seems mentioning that goes against community guidelines /eyeroll. But judge by my five star review)

EDIT: After a few weeks, my son started complaining about these being “hard.” They felt soft, but then I tried one…. There’s tiny hard areas inside that really hurt! I wonder if the fiber inside hardens over time? Maybe moisture got in the bottle somehow (it’s in a cupboard though). He absolutely won’t eat them anymore and I don’t blame him. 😒Original review: My son is almost 4 and has encopresis (he’s chronically constipated due to withholding, and soiling/leaking). He’s autistic and has major sensory aversions, so I was nervous about changing his multivitamin. He really needed some extra fiber and prebiotics, so this is the perfect option for him.So far so good! He loves the flavor! I tried them and they’re yummy. The texture is pretty smooth, no gritty feeling and they don’t get stuck in his teeth too much. We always brush his teeth after eating them, though, to avoid cavities.I haven’t noticed any dramatic changes to his bowel habits, but I have a feeling it’ll take some time. He’s working up to taking the full dose and his tummy handles them just fine. Love the fact they don’t contain any artificial dyes!!
