I bought a few of these to teach knife skills. They are nice to hold, came sharp and did the job well so far. It doesn't say exactly what steel it is to know how long they'll hold their edge, but seem sturdy enough to sharpen up. Good quality for the price and they look nice.

Knife feels sturdy in the hand, and the guard is useful as it's too large for the designated knife slots in my drawer. Needed sharpening when it arrived, but came out well after a few swipes on a basic sharpener. Might be worth noting that while this is a full tang, it is not actually a riveted handle (the rivets are a painted-on design.) Lasting well so far, and makes light work of pumpkin, squash and swede!

I recently purchased the larger kitchen knife which is heavy and well designed. I now have 3 different sized ones.... quality is awesome and so affordable. Thank you 😊

I was looking for a sharp knife to cut vegetables especially tomatoes. Unfortunately, this wasn't it. Initially, It was razor sharp but after 2 weeks of use, it lost its edge. The knife itself is ergonomic and well balanced, but isn't made from the best steel which is reflected in the price.
