I have a 1960 Fender Vibrasonic, Fender's first tolex amp. It's in excellent condition but was missing the handle. This replacement works great, and I could use the original hardware, over sixty years old, and just replace the handle.I also have a reissued 1957 Tweed Twin. The factory leather handle broke, and the replacement sent by FMIC was more flimsy than the original, Although now 'correct' this handle is sturdier and worked nicely on that amp as well.

This handle is a genuine "dog bone" type lift handle for Fender guitar amps. At a better price then from Fender store. Got free shipping with Prime membership!

Like Coca-Cola, this is the REAL thing. It's the original flexible rubber handle that comes on just about every FENDER Combo since I don't know when.At our shop, Hot-Rods and Twins GET these handles 'very carefully' ADDED to the sides of the cabinets. [Be careful, you have to pick just the right spot above the center of gravity] That way two people [yes groupies if you must know] can load them easily. Surfers must have been a lot stronger in the past to be carrying these 60# combos around with one handle located in the center top! Of course when you consider how many Americans actually have blown out discs in their lower backs, I can now see what contributed!These handles to not lay as flat when not in use, ala Marshall combos, but they are infinitely more comfortable and I dare say, will out live those flat plastic handles.ANYWAY, I DIGRESS> They're genuine Fender, they're strong, comfortable and just plain work!!!GREG GUITARS LLC000910,457,9145000

I installed this on my Fender Bassman re-issue, and it looks like it's going to be strong enough to hold it. The original leather handle was ready to break, and I didn't want to risk dropping my valuable amplifier. I'm glad I made this purchase, and it was easy to install. I have a photograph of James Cotton's Bassman amplifier, and it has this handle on it.

Perfect fit. Thick, too. Came with steel hardware and even the screws. Only time will tell how durable it is, but I have high hopes.

The original Fender handle is rubber, this one is plastic. It fit the amp perfectly, it's durable but not quite as hand friendly if one needs to carry their amp for a period of time or distance.

The original handle on my Blues Jr broke on one end while I was carrying it through the parking lot. Scary moment! But thankfully I was holding it enough that it didn’t drop. Ordered this item that day and it came quickly. It’s a direct replacement and it went on with no problem. Very happy so far and I don’t see any reason I would have a problem with it.
