Improves Customer Experience
We are not a restaurant but we have customers pick up items and some orders can take longer to prepare. We tried out this pager system and it has been life-changing, especially when customers can be quite impatient. Now, they're holding something in their hand and our receptionist has had a lot fewer update requests. It is easy to reassign the pager numbers and there is a one-key pairing that makes setup super simple. The pagers also alert customers when they wander out of range and we can customize the alert type (buzzer, vibrate, or light). The battery lasts all day, even though we generally put them right back but the times we forgot the day before, they were still working all throughout the following day.
