These are very helpful to quit smoking. Highly recommend!
My husband and I both quit smoking recently. They were very helpful to us both with the hand mouth part of the habit. Also helpful with certain triggers that make you want to smoke like eating, drinking coffee or stress. We got the mint flavored ones and enjoyed the taste. Depending on how often you use them they last quite a long time. They are very light and can easily fit in a pocket. Only had to order them twice and didn’t need to use them anymore. They were very helpful!

Would not recommend
Taste is nasty. Quality is sucky. Does not help quit smoking. Size is way too small and uncomfortable. Too light. Not worth it. Might help others !!

I really enjoy these, wish it had a more airy air flow but the flavor is very nice and they last a while! I’ve had one for a few weeks now and still tastes just as good as day one, the size is small and easy to lose for sure but it comes with a little clip like a pen which is nice to hook it onto you, very recommended if you’re trying to quit vaping

I would give it 31/2 if I could. I think they’re a little expensive for what you get and the flavor doesn’t last long. I need to find something that will last longer. I’ve been smoking for over 50 years and just sick of it.

Idk how long they last because I kept losing them... they are so small and don't have a good hit. If you're trying to quit vaping this isn't it. Just get a nic free vape.

junk, you can't get air to come through it
I was really hoping this would help me stop smoking, maybe if I could get it to work correctly, you can only get a tiny amount of air to pull through it. Not even close to a cigarette. It is like you rolled a cigarette way to tight. waste of money
