SUPER7 Charlie et la Chocolaterie (1971) ReAction figurine Willy Wonka Wave 01 10 cm

These ReAction figures have a wonderful vintage look and feel. I have a few figures from Super 7 in various collections and none have ever disappointed. One annoyance with all of these figures has been consistent with every Super 7 figure I have purchased. The card stock is always warped. The grade of paper used in the cardboard and the overall size of the backing card is just too large and no matter how well they come packed the card is always warped at the top. I have been able to straighten some of the cards I wanted to be in perfect condition and left others. But honestly, as a collector, this can be very annoying.However, beyond the single annoyance list above, the figures are molded with a high level of detail, fully licensed, and just an overall great nostalgia trip. In this collection, Wonka doesn't look as much like Gene Wilder as the other 2 released figures look like their human actor. It is still a fun figure that reminds you of going to KB Toys in the early to mid-1980s and digging through a freshly opened shipment box for that missing figure from your collection. I highly recommend this to anyone who loves collecting figures such as these or that person in your life who is a huge fan of the 70s and 80s Kenner and Mattel action figures.

These days, anyone who has starred in a movie, been in a movie, went to a movie, or walked by a Movie Theater seems to have an action figure, Funky-Pop or whatever, etc ... What You collect is YOUR deal.I happen to have some memorabilia from both of the Willy Wonka films prior to this one, so i figured I'd grab this to add to the collection. The detail is actually quite nice, and if You are a Wonka fan, def worth having given the low price point

These figures have a good likeness but they are super small, got It on sale. I would never pay full price for these tiny figures, otherwise happy

As a fan of Gene Wilder, especially in this role of Willy Wonka, I was quite pleased to have a little figure in his likeness. The face sculpt is nicely detailed, resembling Wilder without looking like a weird 3D print of his face - very appropriate for the vintage look and feel Super7 aims to create in their figures. The clothes are accurate to the movie costume. His only accessory is his walking stick, but that’s all this Wonka needs.I doubt I will keep him in his packaging - I’m definitely a play and pose kind of toy owner - but I like that the card is designed to look like a giant Wonka bar. The cardboard arrived i perfect condition and it looks pretty good on display.
