Great Laptop for the price. Very little visible scratches.The finger print & touch screen is awesome. Comes with authentic windows 10 ( upgradeable to windows 11).No MS office.No back-light keyboard as mentioned in the description.Great performance, Battery life is above average, give 3+hours or moderate usage, though the stand-by battery is terrible.Overall, can't go wrong with this from seller Hissam. Buy it for medium use only.

Laptop pin seems rusted and cannot charge
My laptop isn’t charging, and the charging pin slot appears to be rusted. I have to push and continue to hold the pin in place to get it to charge.
