This is a really nice weight bench for the money. I was hesitant about a few negative reviews but I am very surprised by how nice this is. For going a small lightweight bench that is foldable it is pretty sturdy and holds up well under weight and has a decent design. Had my first workout with it and am happy with the purchase. The material is fine and doesn’t stick to sweaty bodies. I am 6ft tall and 170lbs and the bench size felt perfect for my body type and sturdy when doing 80 pound bench presses. It folds up pretty easily with only two metal pins. Making adjustments to the back, seat and leg rest are easy too. I am glad I got this as I think it will last a long time. Excellent value for the money. I was going to buy a more expensive bench that you have to build/put together but this foldable bench is exactly what I needed. Pleasantly surprised!

My husband is very pleased with this purchase. It’s exactly as described and I love how there was no assembly required. You can just fold it up and the adjustment and size is perfect. Fits perfectly under my husband squat rack. Great quality for the price. Easy to move around with great stability.

If you are looking for a fairly lightweight, pretty sturdy bench for your home guy without breaking the bank then you should consider this one.Fast and easy to adjust. Metal feels a bit cheap but I've had up to #400 on it including my body weight and it never felt like I was pushing the limit of it. It's lightweight, easy to move around my basement gym.If you are looking for a name brand, commercial gym bench that you can press #1000 on, this isn't it. But if you are looking to lift a few hundred pounds, feel safe with and move out of the way easily when you are done this might be it.

The FitGoods weight bench has been a solid addition to my home gym setup, and I’ve been impressed with its quality. Right out of the box, it was ready to use with no assembly required, which was a huge time-saver. The bench feels very sturdy and can handle up to 660 pounds, which makes it great for heavy workouts. I love the fact that it folds up quickly and saves a lot of space, perfect for my small workout area. The adjustable backrest with 9 different incline options allows for a variety of exercises, and the -15° decline is super comfortable for sit-ups. My only slight gripe is that the padding could be a bit thicker for long workout sessions, but overall, it’s a reliable and versatile bench that I’d definitely recommend.

Took a chance on it even though a lot of the reviews said it doesn’t go flat and it actually does. You need to make sure the legs are extended further out and it will lay completely flat! Great for the price and very sturdy!

The FitGoods weight bench is an okay option if you're looking for something budget-friendly. It’s convenient because you don’t have to worry about assembly, and the foldable feature is great for saving space. However, there are some drawbacks. The bench wobbles slightly when in use, and it doesn’t feel as sturdy as a gym bench. Additionally, the stitching on certain parts isn't as neat as I’d hoped. But, overall, it gets the job done and is decent for home workouts. You definitely get what you pay for. I'm extremely cautious when using it though.

I love it! The price is great as well. I bought it in November 2024. It’s sturdy and very easy to use. Putting it together was easy as well. I can’t complain.
