Wide range of uses for baking
In case you're not aware; this can be added to baked goods to help yeast as well as it makes things brown better. Especially pizza! Add a small amount to pizza dough that you're going to bake in a home oven and it will brown better!! Got that from the Pizza Bible; great book if you love to make your own pizza at home!!! I add this to pancake batter too!

Great product and worked well for a variety of things. I tried making cookies for it and it turned out very spongy and had a weird aftertaste.
