This has been a game changer for my nasal inflammation and drainage. This product has thined out my drainage and has made it easier to breathe, therefore I believe it to be very effective for this use. It is super easy to use and I’m using it twice a day. I have not had any issues with the product burning. It is currently flu season so I’m anxious to see if it helps with the prevention of flu.

I heard about this spray on the internet. I’m a teacher and have school aged kids. My husband also works with the public. We have been using this since we went back to school on 1/6 during a huge flu epidemic and so far so good. It does not burn so no complaints from my kids.

Works for me. I almost always get sick when flying home for Christmas. I decided to give this a try after reading the reviews. I used it daily and even though the flu was everywhere I didn’t get sick. It’s definitely worth a try. It worked well for me.

I started using this product so I can’t say for certain how it works yet but the spray mechanism is not good. Poor design. It feels too small where your fingers rest and it’s very slippery so be careful.

Since it’s started getting really cold in the evenings, we’ve been lighting a fire every night in the log burner to delay having to turn the central heating on for as long as possible. I love the heat we get from a roaring real fire, but it does make the air very dry. This can give me a sore throat and a really dry and crusty nose. Last year the inside of my nose got so dried out that I had a few really bad nose bleeds. This moisturising spray has really helped me to keep the lining of my nose from feeling so dry. It’s also a great way to add some Vitamin D3 into my system at the same time. It dispenses a fine mist into the nostrils in a similar way to hay fever or pet allergy nose sprays, and once sprayed, the results are long lasting. To use, you just shake the bottle well, gently blow your nose, and spray 2-4 times in each nostril. I find 2 sprays plenty. You do quickly taste the sweetness of the Xylitol soon after use, and although the spray helps you to breath easy, it doesn’t have any menthol or even any noticeable smell. It’s suitable for daily use. I like that it doesn’t contain any alcohol, steroids or preservatives, and that it gently flushing away any irritants while keeping the nasal passages clean, healthy and lubricated. As with some nasal sprays, this one doesn’t say it has to be used within a certain timeframe, other than the expiry date on the base of the box. Mine still had a good 9 months left on it.

As someone who suffers from allergies and sinus issues I would keen to give this a try. It is very straightforward and simple to use, especially for anyone who has used a similar product. I did have a bit of an issue getting used to how the little finger-holds for getting the spray out are on the smaller side and therefore a bit more awkward to use. The spray itself is a fine mist and feels comfortable enough to use - it isn't harsh or stinging etc. which can happen is the force of the spray is too fast. Gives relief and helps my sinus issues shortly after using and while it doesn't last all day it does for quite a number of hours. The price is quite steep for 2 30ml bottles but at least for this price this product does work.

It's mildly effective with significant congestion or allergy flare-ups, so if you're looking for a strong instant relief, you might want to pair this up with something else. Also, the price is a bit high for the volume. Best to use it for routine moisture and comfort.

D3 is meant to reduce nasal inflammation. + Does a better job than a few other cheaper nasal sprays I have used - Smells a little odd at first Not unpleasant smell, you get used to it - I found the little wings to small and my fingers would slip off Overall this product does help with sinus congestion. I found it to be better than other products I have used in the past. While it is more expensive maybe that is the reason for the price? Its just a little more effective. I also found it to be less harsh and had less irritations after using. This is a review for NOVEHA Xylitol Spray. That time of year when the dreaded runny noses, blocked sinuses, and colds make their appearance. No matter what you do, the nose won't stop running, and if it's blocked, you need a nasal spray to ease the discomfort. This nasal spray is quick and easy to use. Just place it in the nose, tilt your head back, and squirt twice. Do the same for the other side, and wait a few seconds. I found it was a short-term relief from this spray. The label says 12 hours, but it was maybe 4-6 hours for my discomfort. The spray also contains Xylitol, and you get a dose of Vitamin D, which is always helpful in the colder months. Overall, try it; it's not the most expensive, and your relief may differ from mine. It's a good item to have in the cupboard, with plenty of uses, it should last a while, and it's simple to use when you need it to work quickly.
