Honestly, I wouldn't know the first thing about a welding cart if I took an entire college course on them... This was for my other half to use for work after listening to how much of a pain it was to carry equipment back and forth or do this or that. Found this bad boy, he lit up like a tree, and I've not heard a single complaint since. It's been bliss.All that to say that while he is obviously useful with his hands, it was easy to put together (his words) and didn't take very long as long as you "follow the damn instructions". It does precisely what he needs for a welding shop doing fabrication work.

This is perfect for a small welder and accessories and assembly wasn't too bad!
