The quality of this birdhouse is perfect. This person put a screw with a tab to keep it closed. You can open it for cleaning purposes. I wouldn't do that anyway unless the birds stop coming. I bought two of them and in less than a week the birds claimed it as their home. I wish I could do more, but I cannot.

The product seems to be well-made, comes completely assembled, and is ready to mount. Waiting for Spring to arrive to see which birds choose their new "Home Sweet Home"!

Nicely built bird house. Not sure if the birds have discovered it yet as I have not checked it recently. It held up to our average winter just fine. Like that it is easy to open and clean.
