Shoulder strap shredded on first use - design flaw? or manufacturing flaw?
The first time I used the bag the shoulder strap shredded at the point where it attaches to the bottom of the bag, so it no longer functions as a backpack. The size is just what I wanted but I was hoping to have a backpack with wheels. I cannot find any information on guarantee or a web page for Lite Gear. Unclear if there is any chance of getting money back or replacement. If anyone reads these reviews that can help, I would love to hear from you and get some assistance.

My Best Find of 2018! Travel the World with Ease
Airports are huge these days and I always travel with one 22" carry-on rollaboard suitcase but had to suffer with the dang tote on my shoulder through miles of airport or railway stations... No longer. This bag holds my laptop, crossbody bag, lunch, whatever I need that is not in my baggage... and it's a breeze to roll through the airports. LOVE this thing. Mine is black.
