I'm a fan
I've had a thorough knuckle-dusting with these things for an ongoing quad/hamstring issue. I'm now a fan, not just because endorphins are a fine thing. I also appreciate the built-in bottle opener, in classing Aussie style. (For context, I'm a middle-aged, middle-weight, slow, long distance runner).

Die Arbeit mit diesen Werkzeug mach echt Spaß, sehr hochwertige Verarbeitung und gleitet angenehm über die Haut,Muskulatur und Faszien. Natürlich ist auch der Preis nicht gerade wenig.

In my opinion, these are by far the best IASTM tools available on the market. I was blessed to be able to attend a course on instruction and background of Rock Tape products that my company paid for during my time in Los Angeles. I eventually purchased this set for myself as I've moved back home to Michigan and wanted to continue to have these tools at my disposal during my time providing Physical Therapy to patients!

They have completely relieved my plantar fasciitis by releasing the tense fascia.

Es sieht aus wie ein Teigschaber aus der Zukunft. 2 Stück. Im Gegensatz zu den Faszienrollen die bei mir einfach sehr weh getan haben, kann ich damit den Muskelverlauf entlang streichen und das Ergebniss ist viel besser. Am Knie streiche ich mit leichten kurzen rhytmischen Bewegungen ohne Druck in Richtung Kniescheibe und der Zugschmerz ist weg nach zwölf Tagen. Benutze es täglich und bin überzeugt! Mir hilfts!
