The fountain came really well packed. Set up was really easy, just wash everything, stick the faucet in and sort the filter out.Really quiet, and since the plastic is dark the light isn’t too bright like with some fountains. Massive capacity which is great with multiple cats.The shape of the top/‘lid’ can hold a bit of water, which gives some peace of mind whilst not at home.The cats have been loving their new fountain, really recommend purchasing, especially since it’s cheaper than many.

My pup wasn’t drinking much before this, she loved drinking from running water. bought this for her works PERFECTLY. really well made, quiet, good sized and nice little blue light just so you can tell where it is in a dark room. Amazing product 100% would recommend

Great product, nice design, quite! Now today it has died.Bought on the 17th of July so thats 5 months.I hate leaving reviews like this but I have regularly changed the filters, cleaned it inside and out - Including the pump inlet.

Water it’s always running and it’s silent. The quality it’s good and the water it’s always cold. Its functions great and after a few months it never broke or stopped functioning. Recommend for cats that don’t like drinking water often.

Bought as replacement for original pieces that came with water fountain. Fit perfectly, easy to place.

Everything they advertise is accurate. It's easy to setup, use & refill. Taking it apart, thoroughly cleaning each piece & putting it all back together is simple. The reservoir is slightly see through so it's easy to see when it needs refilling. I tested out what happens if the water gets too low & at first I could hear a slight difference in the sound it makes & eventually it shut itself off. It normally makes a very low, pleasant waterfall sound & then gets a little louder when it needs refilling which is a nice way to be alerted. At first my cats were skeptical about it but now they seem comfortable with it. I still keep their old water dish out & they are still using it so I can't really tell if they have a preference for the fountain or for their old dish. I prefer the fountain though as it has a filter & doesn't get that slimy & hard to scrub off film that glass dishes seem to get after a few days.
