Both my husband and myself use this product. The capsules are large, but we find no trouble swallowing. Sometimes I chew them slightly and drink w/ water, although this method is somewhat chaulky and gluey. The tablets started working for me within few days. I started with the full dose, 3 x day, to help w/ aggravating knee pain when I moved. These also helped my husband with his back pain, and the collagen helps with hair & skin! Great product at great price.

My hair has been thinning for years and I notice after a couple of months now that it’s noticeably thicker. Less hair in the shower drain.

I’ve been taking these for over 6 months now. Just ordered a new pack as the last ones are running out so they do last a while. The bottle suggests taking 6 tablets per day, I was taking 3 in the morning and 3 before bed and had no stomach problems or other side effects but also wasn’t feeling like I was getting any results. Switched to all 6 in the am and making sure to take them each day. Also had no ill effects. Within a month, I started to get compliments on my skin including from my sister who is persnickety on that sort of thing. I’m 48 years old from the Southwest and have been outside a lot in my life (with and without sunscreen), had acne as a teen and still have some scars, always had oily skin on noes and cheeks. But now, my skin tone is more even, the oily patches have balanced out, and my pores are decreasing. I’m doing a couple different beauty routines so I can’t say all that is the collagen but I’m sure some of it is.

Have been using it every day religiously for a year, and I have to say that it really Works. My hair grows very fast now, my hair stylist can't believe it, and she has started to use the collagen since the summer for what she saw it did with my hair. My skin looks younger and healthier. SO, I got this because of a Tennis Elbow issue that just won't go away. After a year of the same darn pain, I'm willing to try anything for it.Sadly, I'm not really "wowed" by this. It might be helping a little, but it's not a magic cure-all for anyone with joint issues. And most importantly, you have to take a LOT of it for it to be effective. The dosage is 3 tablets, twice daily. OK, that doesn't sound too bad.....Until you see them. These are horse pills. As in, pills THE SIZE OF horses. These massive beasts are difficult to swallow, and I'm the kind of guy who can usually down a handful of pills with a single swig of water in a single go. That skill may be the product of a misspent youth, perhaps, but nothing will prepare you for these puppies. I felt less like I was taking vitamins and more like I was a drug mule being packed for a flight across the border.I'm still taking them. I'll revise this review when I'm done with the first bottle, but so far......meh. The pain is still there, the joint still sucks, and the only real bonus I can see is that my 37-year old eyes have maybe a few less wisdom lines around the edges. That either means the collagen is making me look younger, or I got a little dumber by buying this product. You decide.
