Got it delivered 20 days back. Installation was done next day in Delhi. The product is beyond expectations, working so well. Installation was very neat and perfect. Was very anxious about the product and installation as I made first such purchase from an online platform, but both are so well. Floor area is 120sq ft. and I barely use it for an hour in April and my room is always cold. Cooling is really beyond expectations. Can't run at 1.5 ton for more than 15 mins in such a room because it gets really cold. Only problem is with the costing of extra pipe etc. which installation people use. They highly overcharge. The market price is 150-180rs per feet while they charge around 350rs. Even the outdoor unit stand costs 250-300 but they charge 900. Better to purchase the stands on your own and give to people who come for installation. Rest is superb!!

Product seems very good was installed on yesterday. I am not sure how good is costumer support. I had booking from amazon but they couldn't send technician from voltas. Amazon costumer agent gave me voltas support no. I called them bcz I was told to ask them for installation when I told them the lady hung up for three times without giving any proper answer. I asked for booking service installation they she only replied and booked.

1.The product date is of 2021 not 2022 so wrong description mentioned. 2. Please make sure to call Voltas customer care for installation ,Amazon wont do it. Number is mentioned in the installation details. 3. Product is good to go and works efficiently. I am using this in Chennai and no issue so far . 4.installation cost me around 5600 INR, which includes 2 meter extra copper pipe(850 / Meter), cotton for insulation ,almost 1500 for standard installation cost and wiring cost separately. 5. It leaked after 3 hours of initial uses, I called customer care they reported the issue and very next day technician also called for a visit but finally after series of follow up and complaint upto area manager my issue got resolved now. 6. No horizontal swing option is there but does not affect much. 7. All the Voltas technicians seems half skilled , they might have done some 22 hours crash course and became technicians . It is 90 percent chance your ac will leak due to improper installation ,if not you are one of most lucky person on mother earth. 8. Voltas service is pathetic like hell, if you need any technician support you will be in great mess they don't care , the first quality required to become a Voltas employee is you should be lazy enough to react even if there were fire in your pants. All the people whose family thinks they are good for nothing can try Voltas service as a carrier option, they need people who are not having any goal in life and can sleep in office. If you can sleep in washroom also you could get higher leadership position as well. 9.Product is fare enough and good for purchase. Rating should not be mixed with the technician's work. Product is good. Edited on 18 April 2023 after one year of use. 1) Voltas is not a brand one should trust...I will never purchase voltas again even if someone put gun on my forehead. 2) this AC leaked refrigerant twice in a year..must be quality issue from inefficient production team...it is almost costing me 6500 for refilling and today it is 4 th day these morons took my AC for further check and issue resolution but now dont even have guts to answer phone call or update on status. 3) I will recommend people never buy voltas products if you want peaceful life. It is govt job for these idiots, they will make sure voltas will out of Indian market in coming years. 5)For every problem you need to complain 4 5 times on call center which is busier than PMO office, service people will not answer your phone, area manager remains in sleeping mode youbare helpless and on their mercy. 6) I request lord chitragupta to consider my this review as a good work and with each new customer turn down his idea of buying this miracle will be counted as noble work in my karma book ,if enough number of people denied buying this product reward me heaven after my life. if you are using this voltas product in heaven also , I am not inrested in heaven as well ,hell is good for me. 7) my empty wall is looking better without this 9th wonder called voltas. Updated on 4th October 2024: I have spent almost 20k by now, but still having problems with AC working. The service folks are predetory trying to suck money as much as they can with silly repairs... Avoid buying Tata Products in future..

I recently purchased a Voltas AC and I'm extremely satisfied with the product. The cooling performance is excellent, the design is sleek, and it operates quietly and efficiently—just what you'd expect from a trusted brand like Voltas. However, my experience with the installation process through Amazon was deeply disappointing. Despite multiple calls and repeated follow-ups, Amazon failed to arrange the installation even after 5 long days of waiting. The customer service was unhelpful and frustrating. Out of sheer helplessness, I finally reached out to Voltas customer support directly—and what a relief that was! Their team responded promptly and had the AC installed the very next day. The technician was professional, quick, and did a neat job. Kudos to Voltas for stepping in and delivering exceptional service. On the other hand, Amazon really needs to work on its installation coordination and after-sales support—it was truly a pathetic experience on that front.

I buyed voltas ac 1.5 ton 5 star 2025 model The ac reached well packed. While using ac for 2 days I could say worth buying. I buyed under sale at 35500 that's the worthy price. Now coming to installation part, they charges mein 1750 for the installation and 800 rupees for outdoor unit with installation. As installation is to be first time by voltas partner it's good and bad too. The installation team didn't come with vaccum pump, they make you fool by saying that they do self vaccum but it's fake. I request whoever is reading this review please don't allow installation with doing vaccum pressure for atleast 10 mins for 3 meteres default provides pipe, if your taken extra pipe then do use the vaccum pump for 20-30 mins. Also mine installation person used the local white plastic tape for covering the pipe to wrap, but I suggest all told them to use wheather tapes fully wrapped from start to end of the pipe. Else don't allow them for installation as wheather tape is so cheap in market as it's price is only 45 rupees per big roll. AC is good but installation is pathetic. Not happy with voltas ac installation team.

Good product and very satisfied, woking since last 8 month. Recommend this ac for everything.

Good Ac at this Price i got it at 33240 at Diwali sale 2025 But the installation is poor for technician voltas need to work for it product is good its my 2 nd voltas AC
