It has been very hot this summer where I live. My skin just erupted from the heat. I read other reviews about this hydrocortisone cream so I thought I would try it. Sure enough, it cleared up my skin. My heat rashes and excema went away. I would recommend this cream.

I got this for my toddler who gets eczema flare ups in warmer weather and this worked really well. I also compared a ton of other brands and this one was better than most in terms of ingredients.

I’ve been looking for an American alternative to the hydrocortisone cream I get in Europe (mildison). Both are 1% hydrocortisone but I’ve not been able to find an alternative that works and feel the same, I am guessing because of differing inactive ingredients. This cream was not very effective for my family, though not ineffective. It feels like a very lightweight lotion, not a cream , so you end up using a lot, and a lot very easily comes out as well. It is very thin. So it’s alright I guess and will work when you’re desperate but is not adequate. My search continues.

Well worth the price!

I purchased this to help with a reaction I get after taking off my Estradiol patches for perimenopause symptoms. Unfortunately sometimes during but mostly after wearing the patch, my skin has a reaction. I do apply Flonase to the “new” site, let that dry, before applying my patch, but that only helps so much. This cream has really helped reduce the redness and irritation, and my skin clears after a few days. I do wish it absorbed into my skin a bit more, rather than staying white for quite awhile.

Good basic hydrocortisone cream for good price.
