This rechargeable model has same features as earlier battery-operated version I also own. Works well, battery life has been great, recharges quickly. Great value.

Got a recommendation from a fellow tennis player that the TENS electric stimulation machine that she has used for over a year really helps her knee and shoulder soreness after matches and kept her on the court.I got the upgraded machine that has the rechargeable battery, but otherwise it’s the same machine. I had had electric stimulation before when I was undergoing physical therapy for my ankle years ago, and it seemed to help to reduce soreness and swelling after vigorous rehab exercises.I’ve used this model about four or five times on both my ankle and shoulder, and any residual soreness literally disappears—not permanently, but usually for the rest of the day. The machine comes in a small hardshell case with room to store it and all of the accessories. I watched a few YouTube videos to learn about placement of the electrodes, which is relatively easy. The sticky sides adhere to the skin where you place them, and when you’re done, there are plastic covers that you can reuse for storage.The rechargeable battery is long lasting. I’ve only had to recharge it once so far. At the price, I’d recommend this machine to anyone who has read up on e-stim, and has a good idea of what they’re getting.

I needed help with pain relief after a complicated total knee replacement. A friend who's a physical therapist recommended a TENS unit. This one is easy to use, very effective, a convenient size, and has a solid battery that easily lasts 24 hours or more without a necessary recharge.

Update 02/20/2025Reached out to compasshealthbrands customer support and they are sending me a new unit.__________________________________________________________________I use this product daily and have generally been happy with its performance. However, I was disappointed when one of the channels stopped working after only four months. For the price, I expected it to last at least 18 months, so this was quite frustrating.That said, I do appreciate certain features, particularly the fact that it’s a rechargeable unit, which saves me the hassle and extra cost of constantly buying batteries. It’s convenient and well-designed in that regard.What’s more disappointing is that I have a similar unit from a different manufacturer that I purchased for just $24, and it has been working flawlessly with no signs of failure. Considering the price difference, I expected this product to be more durable and reliable. While I really liked it at first, its longevity leaves much to be desired.

Ok, 1 side is going out. I use this multiple times a day. My first unit was 9v battery, still going strong. This one, the right side operation going in and out. Stays charged but not as good as the battery operating unit.

My son threw his back out and in order for him to be able to even sit up, the Tens worked wonders.My hubby is currently using it ad I type this and I believe I will be next. We all have back and neck issues in our family, too much fun in our younger years!!
