bought this because i needed to know what polyphenol loaded olive oil tastes like. I mostly wanted it for the health benefits. i’ve been taking a small shot every other day and it has that peppery like bite that good polyphenol rich olive oil should have. I’ve also been using it in other ways… putting a little in my hand and rubbing it in my hands with a bit of warm water then massaging it into my skin. on my face and neck and arms. makes a great skin routine. absorbs quickly. and makes my skin feel great. i also rub a little less than a 1/4 teaspoon thoroughly with water and rub and massage it through my hair and scalp. contrary to what you would think my hair does not feel oily at all. i’m not sure if anyone else uses it as a topical on skin and hair but i think everyone should try it. i love the oil but my only issue is its a bit expensive so i cant buy it too often. great olive oil!

This is the only olive oil my son will eat now (if he has his choice) ! The taste is fresh, delicious and it is noticeably stronger in flavor than most olive oils you will buy in the stores. You will realize how bland and lacking in flavor many olive oils are after you try Bryan Johnson's "Snake Oil" We love it and I always make sure to order our next two bottles a few days before we finish the second bottle!!
