So, they're very easy to remember to take.However, I haven't noticed any real difference in mood or energy-- now that could be because it may take a while for any effects to be noticed. I can say that I haven't had any bad effects from taking these gummies.I'm very much on the fence with this product. It could just be that it doesn't work for me for some reason.
