D-Day - 80th Anniversary [DVD]

I should have read the review before buying. The video footage is informative. However the sound editing and video editing was High School level. There were numerous interviews with D Day participants. Their interesting commentary was drowned out by overly loud battle sounds. This was quite strange since these soldiers weren’t commenting in real time during the landing. In addition there were scenes and commentary which were repeated within the show.

Boring narrative that is often out of order or confusing to the situation presented. Huge slant toward Britishsoldiers' interviews. Very bland, nothing fresh for 80th year.
