Works great and quality is expected for the price, see pictures for manual
This is a 5 out of 5 stars. The plastic quality is to be expected for the the price I paid, which was about $6 after sales tax, I am happy with it. The face plastic has lines in it which is definitely from them overusing the injection mold that made it. If you can accept that then it's no biggie. Better than paying a lot more for the OEM remote.The setup was easy by following option B for my Insignia TV. Buttons feel great and it controls the functions I needed to switch inputs and adjust the TV. I have included a picture of the manual here so everyone can have a copy of it since it's a generic remote. I'll try to keep the manual but no doubt it will get lost sometime in the futurePS: My remote didn't have the improperly installed battery terminals. It came in good condition.

Cheap and defective!
We got the remote and it didn’t work at all! We tried different batteries… nothing worked. Then, come to find out that to return this, we have to travel an hour and a half to two hours to a ups store that can do Amazon returns. So disappointed with the product and Amazon! I question if I want to continue Prime! Not worth it anymore!!

Works on my Samsung TV
I had lost my remote for my Samsung TV. This universal remote is very similar to my old one and was a breeze to set up. Very easy and it works flawlessly!

Universal remote
Great price but doesn’t always work. Buttons are a little weird but once you learn which ones are which for your tv it works okay.

Works for old Philips
Got this for an old Philips plasma TV whos original remote wasn't working well any more. This has more buttons for features that the old TV doesn't support, but for turning it off and on and changing volume, inputs, etc - the basics, works great. Remote is very light and a little flimsy feeling, commiserate with its price.

Great for my Panasonic!
I have an old Panasonic Plasma (I told you it was old!) that somewhere along the way, the remote got lost. I have a Fire Stick hooked up to it, so I don't really need the remote for much else than to turn on the TV, and switch the inputs every once in a while. It's mounted high up in my garage, so standing on a ladder every time I need to change something on it really isn't my favorite idea. So, for less than a 10 spot, I have a solution to my problem! Couldn't ask for anything more!
