I've been going through a massive health crisis for 1.5 months where I was in and out of emergency rooms and urgent care over four times without anyone really knowing what's going on. I had severe issues in my reproductive area which also included my bladder and what felt like my kidneys. I felt like I had an infection and it was frustrating because things were not showing up on tests, and I did not feel like the doctors were listening to me. Well anyway, finally a lab test showed BV and I looked up online how to help treat it myself. Mainly because I kept having to go back in with the treatment not fully working. I actually gave up at one point and was waiting for an ultrasound and that's when I ordered these so I wasn't taking antibiotics at the time. I was taking five of these pellets about four or five times a day, and it really started to improve my symptoms. I was in so much pain I had to take three ibuprofen along with Tylenol a couple times a day just to deal with the pain. It was next level and I have been through childbirth and it felt worse than that. In the beginning I was certain I had kidney stones but I have had ultrasounds and a CT scan and none were found. At first my symptoms felt like they were getting worse and then I started to have improvement. Sepia is for bloating and back pain during Menstruation. The listing said it was for mood swings. I ordered both measurements of this two different times, to try to get the one they were advertising for mood swings and they were both for the same thing. I did a little research and found that the one for mood swings is something totally different.Though we have been using the sepia during Menstruation and it helps a lot!

I sometimes forget about this because it’s tucked away in my nightstand drawer but then when I do remember to take it in luteal phase, it’s amazing what a difference it makes for me. It’s the difference between feeling like I cannot control my thoughts and emotions, feeling incredibly hopeless and depressed; and feeling peaceful and capable to handle my life. I heard about this product from my daughter. She and i both gets migraines and this stuff really does work. It takes about 45 mins to an hr for the process to get rid of the headache, but this is so much better than using drugs that take a lot longer and can damage the liver and kidneys. I recommend for headache sufferers like me.
