I bought this pillow to help me sleep up straight and though I don’t think it has helped with that at all because I still wake up on my side, this is the best pillow I have ever slept on and well worth the money.If you’re looking for something to help you sleep upright that’s probably isn’t gonna do the trick if you’ve been sleeping on your side for over 20 years like me, but you’re looking for a high-quality pillow with great neck support at a reasonable price, look no further.

Had aunt who had neck / face lift. Bought this on a whim hoping it might help her. Drs rx she sleep on her back , elevated a bit without moving too much x several weeks . It worked wonders for her n allowed her perfect positioning --- and comfort. A lil pricey but worth the $$. She shared it with her surgeon who will also rx same to his other patients.Nunn Si Knows

I have had neck & back pain for over 20 years due to a fall. I have several pinched nerves, a few vertebrae pushed up against each other & a broken tailbone .I wake up with a very stiff neck every few months do I bought this pillow. I am sleeping better & have not had any neck pain since.

This pillow is just too small! I saw one review that said this, but I have a small head so I thought it wouldn’t be a big deal for me but it’s genuinely too small for even me. Very weird that there are no dimensions listed for this product. I’m returning for a pillow with more surface area.When I used the pillow for the first time it felt like my neck had support, but then I started to feel a collapsing feeling after some days. I tried flipping it to the “wider” side which felt better but then I notice that the raised sides that keep your head from turning dug into my eye sockets when I slept on my sides. This caused a lot of pressure on my eye and in the morning they felt sore.

I like the fact that it aligns my head, neck and body, and that I have fewer headaches when I wake up in the morning. I gave it 3 stars because it also boasts that it aids in beauty by protecting the sides of your face from wrinkles, IT DOES NOT! I WAKE UP SOMETIMES WITH THE INDENTATIONS MARKINGS ON THE SIDES OF MY FACE FROM THE PILLOWCASE, SO HOW IS IT PROTECTING MY FACE FROM WRINKLES? BUT I HAVEN'T SEEN ANY HAIR ON THE PILLOWCASE WHICH IS A GOOD THING😊. I HAD TO REMOVE THEIR PILLOWCASE THAT CAME WITH THE PILLOW AND USE MY OWN SILKY SMOOTH PILLOWCASE BECAUSE IT TAKES A WHILE FOR THOSE INDENTATIONS TO DISAPPEAR AND I DON'T WANT TO LEAVE THE HOUSE WITH THESE UNATTRACTIVE INDENTATIONS IN MY SKIN AND ON MY FACE 😔. IT WOULD BE BETTER IF THEY CHANGED THE PILLOWCASE TO A SMOOTH PILLOWCASE WITHOUT THE DESIGN INDENTATIONS. OVERALL I LIKE THE PILLOW BECAUSE IT DOES WHAT IT SAYS AS FAR AS ALIGNING MY BODY SO FAR, BUT I GAVE IT 3 STARS FOR LEAVING MARKINGS ON MY FACE. NICE FOR THE PRICE OF SUPPORT😊.

The media could not be loaded. This pillow was very uncomfortable and hurt my neck. That piece of foam that goes below the neck is what bothers me. Could not sleep. It is however a nice piece of foam. And your head goes between those wedges to stop u from rolling,!my head seems bigger that that slot area for your head. And I wear braid so that doesn’t help. I would not recommend
