Large enough to cover most of the area on an alto sax mouthpiece.They are compressible but offer enough resistance that they cushion the teeth well.The adhesive is strong enough to keep them in place but it does allow for a couple of removals if you don't get it quite the right place fist time.Excellent value compared to what smaller packs can cost for just a few pads.
