Works very well!
This nasal spray is gentle and comfortable to use, especially during the dry winter weather. I like that it has two different spray settings, which makes it easy to adjust based on preference. The bottle lasts a long time and the mist is powerful yet soothing rather than harsh. I use as part of my nighttime routine and throughout the day as needed.

It seems after the first purchase That worked great but I purchased two more after that the nozzles don't work at all on neither can And they only want to reimburse me for one And never offered a replacement

Helpful and Non-Habit Forming
I use to have a problem using nasal spray to clear my congestion. I was told that using some nasal sprays can eventually be harmful. When I saw Mucinex made a sinus spray rinse that was non-habit forming, I couldn't wait to try it. It is easy to use - just aim and press. My initial reaction was WHOA! Very cold and somewhat of a shock, but that was because I blasted too long. It immediately cleared my congestion, and I stayed unstuffed for a long time - 4 hours. Mucinex does it again. I trust their products for quality and effectiveness.

Waste of money. Do not buy
I completely agree with this review. I had the same experience. Complete waste of money. It lasted probably 5 seconds and no air. “ Instructions unclear. I placed this under my nose like any other saline solution and pressed the trigger. I received an insane amount of air but no saline. After messing with it a couple of times I figured out that you need to hold the bottle upside down. By this time, after 20 seconds of messing around, the air pressure used to expel the fluid is gone. Now the saline might dribble out. I'm going back to squeeze bottles to dispense the saline. Be aware they won't accept a return for this waste of money. It doesn't work, complete waste of time.”
