Works like a gem
Was not positive that this capacitor would replace the defective one on my aerator pump, as the numbers didn’t match perfectly. I’m not an electrician and wasn’t super confident. But swapped them out and voila, it works again.

Had my Blower motor running like a champ again!
I'm not an electrical engineer, but I played one on TV. I'm here to tell you that this little (2) wire-connected thing-a-ma-bob took about 30 minutes to connect. Because it was slightly wider than the one it replaced, I had to modify the hole which took 20 minutes. Boom-shaka-laka I hit the breaker, adjusted the thermostat and the cold air once again rained down on these old tired bones. Too dramatic? Okay, it worked great. Best $20 repair for a $300 repair job you'll ever have the pleasure to perform. ENJOY!

30 year old capacitor from the same company still good
Needed a multimeter with capacitance function to test the 30 year old capacitor but decided to buy a new one just in case together with a meter. I found the same brand and the same company. Amazingly after testing both the old and the new, they were both good.

So far so good
My recirculation fan stopped working in the attic. So I went up and tested out the run capacitor and it failed. Since this brand lasted 20+ years, thank you Lord, I thought I’d go with it again. This one was slightly larger then the original so it didn’t easily fit the same pre-cut location as the first. I had to cut away a little of the sheet metal to squeeze it in. It has been working fine.

Direct replacement Motor Run Capacitor
No need to buy "proprietary" or name brand products for your HVAC blower motor, this capacitor will work just fine. I tested and installed and it works and runs just fine. Save yourself some money and pick up one of these for your aging capacitor. All that's required to install it is 2 wires. Just make sure to shut off your power and discharge your old capacitor before installing a new one.

Easy fix
This $20 part fixed my heater blower. It's so much nicer spending$20 than hiring a person to come fix it.
