I suffer from chronic sinusitis and have struggled with my breathing for a long time. The salt sprays that I purchased had no impact at all so I decided to give this a go. I have now added the cleaning process to my day and clean my sinus's in the morning and evening. My Doctor has told me this is a good process. I like this product because I can measure the mix of water and salt and the cleaning process is much more thorough than a spray.

After 18 months of suffering with blocked sinuses I needed to do something... anything. I'd have to clear my nose 5 or 6 times a day, I'd have breathe through my mouth while sleeping, or I'd wake up struggling to breathe altogether. Then after a terrible night's sleep I'd have to clear my nose again first thing which was never pleasant - the pain and nose bleeds I could have done with out.In the end I got fed up and went to see the doctor - who spoke about medicines, nose sprays, surgery etc, but I didn't want to go down that road unless I absolutely had to. So I did my research and came across the neti pot and subsequently the Nosebuddy, and thank God I did.I've been using the Nosebuddy for the past two weeks (once a day, one hour before bed) and it has been a revelation. No more blocked sinuses, no more clearing out my nose every other hour, no more pain, no more nose bleeds. Great night's sleep with a clear airway.I never write reviews for products I buy on Amazon (I'm a bit selfish and lazy like that) but I had to leave a review for the Nosebuddy because it really has helped me so much, especially in the sleep department, and we all know what the day ahead looks like when you've had a good night's sleep versus a bad night's sleep.So, it's 5 stars from me. The Nosebuddy really is your nose's best buddy.

The best purchase ever for hay fever and allergies. Bought for my husband after years of trying every possible hay fever tablet and nasal spray under the sun but to no avail. No more stuffy blocked nose plus a much better nights sleep during the summer months! Loved it so much I bought one for myself as I have quite bad allergies after cleaning from the dust. It's amazing! Takes a bit of getting used to but works wonders. Great if you have a cold as it just flushes everything out. Would definitely recommend. I don't know how we got by without it!

Far easier to use than I'd imagined it would be.I've for some 20 years on the recommendation of my ENT surgeon used a solution of warm water and equal parts of Salt and Bicarbonate of Soda snorted when I had a cold. But this is so much easier and less dramatic that it can be part of the daily routine. Ah clear breathing at night if used with one scoop of salt and one of Bi-Carb. the Bicarb effectively stops the salt stinging and is a fantastic genital cleansing agent in its own right.

I bought this as my first 'try' of nasal irrigation and have found this very easy to use. I bought some Sinus rinse sachets to use with it, rather than using salt from the supermarket, just for simplicity - and it holds a measured volume which is twice that of some other brands of Neti Pot [hence 2 sachets are required] and I'm unsure if it's necessary to use a double volume in that way - but it's been working fine anyhow.Just fill with cooled water from the kettle - add the salt and stir with the long handled spoon provided to help dissolve it. I usually put it in the microwave for about 30 seconds to have the water the right temperature to feel comfortable when using it.It took 3-4 days to get fully used to using it, with my head at the correct angle - but the sensation is pleasant enough and I have found adding this to my daily routine quick and easy. More importantly - it has rescued me from many years of needing a nose spray to get to sleep and I now can breathe more freely throughout the day and night.This Neti Pot - although the only one I have tried - feels sturdy enough, being made from plastic that is thick enough not to feel flimsy/flexy. I can't currently see any need to try another style/shape of Neti Pot - other than if you travel regularly, a smaller one may be easier to put in your travel bag!

Have used a traditional teapot style and syringe style rinse and this is so much better than either of these. Ergonomically it's easy to hold and pour and some thought has gone into the design, in that it has a lip on the top, so water wont slop out. Its very light weight, comfortable fit on the nose, easy to clean and sturdy. Excellent product!

Its horrible using one of these but afterwards it is worth the unpleasantness. This is easy to use and works well.

It takes a little while to get used to using this but it is worth it (or at least, it has been for me). I do not use it as often as I probably should do but it has, nevertheless, had a hugely beneficial effect on my allergy problems including hay fever. I had reached the stage where I was using 3 or 4 different non-prescription allergy medications in addition to one prescribed for me by my doctor. I now need none of these. I thoroughly recommend this product as worth a try to see if it works for you too.
