The quality is better than expected. It gets hot pretty fast. Easy to clean as well.

I was unsure because of certain reviews but I ordered anyway and Im so happy I did! This hot pot cooker is amazing without a doubt and it’s a very good size for a family of 4 or 2 😍 had a lovely dinner with it and plan to have many more. Ignore my bf in the back ground 😅

Takes forever to heat up even on max power. Not suitable for hotpot! When I wiped the pot with tissue paper, black residue came off. Looks like the coating is peeling off. Bad quality, don’t buy it!

After a visit to China and the introduction of hotpot, I wanted to try this at home for myself. It’s works well, but the cord is short and so needed an extension lead to have it on the table. This was between 3 of us, but really would’ve been better with just two people. Am planning on using it with 4 people, but will need to plan a casual lengthy meal as it will take ages to cook enough food for 4, compared to the size of the individual or shared pots set into the tables in China. Non stick is good though and cleans easily. Quite a heavy solid piece. Temperature was easy to control to very low to just slightly simmer away.

We’ve already used this hotpot four times since it was delivered. Heats up super quickly and cooks everything perfectly. Its nonstick element is fantastic and the pan is easily removable and cleans with ease. It’s lovely to be able to sit round the table as a family and all get cooking together. We love it.

Easy to use

while it’s functional for hotpot, there are a few design issues that could be improved: Heating Time: The pot does eventually reach boiling temperature, but it takes quite a long time to get there. Knob Design: The temperature knob gives the impression that you can adjust the heat level, but in practice, it behaves more like an on/off switch. Temperature Regulation: The pot is designed with a temperature limit, preventing it from heating beyond boiling. While this is fine for hotpot, it limits the pot’s versatility. Without this restriction, it could also function as a wok for stir-frying, adding more value to the product. I did manage to enjoy a hotpot with this set, so it does fulfill its purpose. Moreover, the seller’s after-sales service was responsive and helpful, which is always appreciated. However, this could be an acceptable choice if you’re looking for a hotpot set and don’t mind waiting a bit longer for it to heat up.

I plugged the cooker in yesterday for the 1st time and its tripped all the home electrics, checked plug, swith etc but still cant get it working.

Cet appareil est ideal pour realiser une succulente fondue chinoise avec 2 bouillons differents. Le format est ideal pour 6 convives. Je regrette juste que la chaleur ne soit pas reglable. Malgre le boutonqui pourrzit laisser croire le contraire, c'est allumé ou éteint. La cuve est aussi compatible sur une gaziniere et passe au lave- vaisselle.

We returned it, since it's not able to reach cooking temperature. I believe it's limited on purpose

This product is just awesome. Have a great shabushabu but with two different soups so you get a nice blend of flavours. Or if you have spice lovers and spice shy people at a dinner party you can cater to both tastes. Maintains even heat well and is easy to clean.
