Waited a whole month after I was promised 5 days when ordering! I contacted the seller and was ignored! I finally got it today a month later and it's horrible quality! The mask is plastic feeling and stiff and the tail is hard and stiff and SMALL! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

When I opened the package the tail was really stiff the mask was ok but hair fell out.

The tail is very stiff and the mask sheds like a husky dog I’m going to have to shave it down and brush it, otherwise it was a pretty good purchase. One thing I think should be changed is how stiff the tail is it doesn’t move it the body when jumping or quading (as a therian) it only moves by the chain.

Not even 16 inches. Mask uncomfortable with a plastic lining. Tail is skinny and stiff. Do not recommend.
