Awesome grit.
Works very well i’ve used in the past with great results. Great price for the amount, this step i’ll go thru the most grit so it’s good to stock up.

Well the rocks are smoothing out
This is as advertised.Im new to rock tumbling but so far they’ve been smoothing out and shrinking.Bought the final polish from a lapidary’s site though, the stuff on Amazon too gritty. But these grits seem to be fine for 1-3.I like they’re packed in airtight buckets.

Grit is good! Little shovel not so much…
The coarse grit is what I expected it to be and the price is a plus. My only complaint is that @$#% little metal shovel that is packed inside on top of the inner plastic bag. In the bucket I received the shovel cut the bag and grit leaked out. When pulling the top of the zip-tied some of the grit fell out. That little shovel is useless for dispensing the grit as it falls off the shallow pan. Unless you have the steady hands of a surgeon you will spill it. I recommend the small plastic dipping cups found in food supplement containers to handle tumbling grit.

most economical grit
Other than 40-lb bags, these 10-lb buckets are much more economical to buy than the little jars or envelopes.

Arrived on time and in good condition. This grit works very good. I especially like the results of my rocks after using it. Also, the little shovel that comes with the grit and once the grit is used-up, you have a nice little solid plastic container for other projects. Win win.

This seems to work really well on some very tough stones. Good value for the price. Stage one Seems to bee what we need the most and this larger amount allows you not to worry about running out during some longer tumbles
