I really like these pans. I bought a new stove and it has that glass top like I had before but it’s black. Why they make black tops I don’t know. I had grey before but I wanted pans that won’t scratch the time or help control that. I bought a different set before these and returned them. The handle was cheap. These feel good I’ve used them for about a mo th now and very happy. Nothing sticks to them and they are easy clean up. I would purchase again.

I cooked with this pan for the first time this past weekend. I was cooking eggs. I did some eggs and it seemed okay but a little wobbly like the handle was too heavy and the pan didn't naturally stay steady over the burner. When I was started the second order of eggs, I put some bacon grease in the pan and let go of tge handle. The pan flipped over and tge grease went all over my kitchen floor and my shoes. It was a dangerous mess!I believe I put it together according to the instructions. They really weren't easy to understand!The pan itself seems okay but the handle seems to be a problem.

I recently purchased my third one made of this material. I wanted the variety of sizes. They really hold the heat and cook very well. I also like the fact that they are deeper than an average skillet. Very easy to clean and the surface does not wear down like many skillets. Not necessarily non-stick. I always use a small amount of EVOO applied with a small brush. Does not take much to make it non-stick.

I was expecting slightly better quality. This pan is okay. The finish, while nice doesn't seem like the best quality and if the pan isn't used exactly as intended, overheated, cleaned improperly or the use of abrasive materials will surely scratch and/or damage this pan. While it's nice, I question its longevity. After a few uses, I'm already seeing significant signs or wear and tear. The handle is a bit wonky as well. In all, it serves its purpose, but I'd probably recommend spending a bit more on a pan that will probably last a bit longer.

This is a really good but small personal pan that's just big enough for your daily small/individual meal needs.Sometimes you need a huge pan, especially when you have a large family, because you've got a million things to combine and you just want to make sure you can hit it all in one go but then there are other times you're alone you don't feel like doing a million dishes and what you really need is something small sturdy that gets the job done.That's how I feel about this pan.Small? Yes, absolutely, but because its Granitestone you're not working with something that feels flimsy or that will burn your food. The Granitestone is able to handle high heat while still providing a non-stick cooking surface. You can either toss all your ingredients in there for a delicious omelette or roast things one by one until your plate is full. Its able to work on all types of cooktops which I appreciate because sometimes I happen to be willing to work with my little portable electric stove and other times I'm on my built-in gas burner.I appreciate having something that I can trade in between the two without any struggle.One thing I do really like about this pan is the spout feature. I know it doesn't work for every type of pan and cooking but I think this one being so small makes it really wonderful on this one. I can scrap off the contents onto my plate with minimal effort and if there's any juice it slides right in without any trouble.I really recommend this.
