Large toe box not good for narrow feet.
The toe box is a bit wider for those who have narrow feet this boot does not work for you. Really like the build of the boot, works for me but not all feet are the same.

Love them, simple as that
I’m a parts manager in a small repair shop so I’m not as hard as some on my boots but I’m on my feet for 7hrs a day and in the elements. These boots are very comfortable right out of the gate, and not too heavy. I thought I would want the 8” height because of the steel toe but these are just fine especially as things warm up. I just slathered on some mink oil and they are now a nice wheat brown. Two thumbs up!

Terrible toe box
Returned! size was correct, the metallic toe way too tight even in extra wide.

Run wide and stiff at first
Good boots so far. I bought these to replace a pair of Keens that didn’t last as long as I hoped. I have really wide feet, bought wide version of these and they are good fit, maybe even little wide. Plenty of room in toes. They are initially very stiff, will take time to break in.

Pretty good boot.
It's been just over 10 months since I purchased these boots. They deserve more than a 4 but not a 5 star review. Maybe 4.4 or 4.5. Those of us who have a wider foot, these boots fit better than Thorogood. I'd say about the same quality as Thorogood. I work in multiple different environments being a contracted Industrial Electrician. For reference, I could be digging ditches one day and working in plywood plants or chemical plants another day. I expose the boots to a lot of different environments. I did replace the insole with a copper fit workwear pair,and I put a heal pad in to keep my heal from blistering. With those small modifications my feet really don't hurt after work. I will say the soles of the shoe did wear down faster than I would've liked. I'll likely take them to a local shoe repair place to see if they can replace the soles here in the short future. The leather has held up nicely. No holes have formed in them yet. Maybe the price increase is tariff related, as the materials for these boots are global components, but I purchased them for $225 plus tax 10 months ago.
