Great Quality. Whole family uses it when we feel a cold coming on, sinus infection, gums a bit swollen. Truly works well. A natural antibiotic (my opinion)

I left off one star as the dosage/directions state take one capsule, once to twice daily as shown on the website. However, upon receipt of the bottle it states take two capsules, once to twice daily. I'm hoping someone can clarify the discrepancy. I have purchased from Piping Rock in the past. They do carry good quality products. I've not run across this particular issue before. I've used Echinacea with Goldenseal in the past and find it most beneficial this time of year to keep my immune system strong.

Love this brand it's been helpful in knocking out any of my cold symptoms that are about to start. When I have been sick I think it helps with my recovery
