Disappointingly buggy and slow, despite the GBs.
E.g. it can get stuck just with Excel, Outlook, and Edge (3 tabs open).The System will still pull in large amounts (45%) of memory and CPU even when that means the programs I am using start freezing. So the System usage is both far too large, and the computer's configuration is also foolish, in that it will still prioritize system check even when the programs being used are freezing. You would think that a company would know how to avoid this.

Great laptop for the price
I bought this laptop to do the basics , work on squarespace and sometimes do light gaming and itβs great ! I love this laptop especially for what it is and what the price is

packing was great, no issues, would have given 5 stars, but does not come with win 11 pro, as advertised.no win id# either. usb stick is a plain unmarked stick, not even the gb rating or maker. slightly slower boot than my asus laptop, fan is very noticeable when in full cool, and exhaust blows up on the screen. i guessyou get what you pay for.

Stuck in boot sequence
WiFi driver disappeared 2 weeks after buying it. System rebooted to repair and got stuck in the boot sequence.I'm returning it.
