Double Waterfall Kitchen Sink 33 x 22 In Stainless Steel Smart Kitchen Sink

I love this sink but it has its downs! First it was supper hard to get it to heather and installed, the instructions are not in English and the parts are not us metric, buying the connectors was hard to find, I don’t like the fact that it doesn’t have the option to put a garbage disposal. The sink it self doesn’t leak once installed, it was a great deal for the features offered. And it’s a good quality the material is supper light it’s easy to clean and looks great! Other than that I love the sink I wish it was deeper.

We received the product in September but couldn't install it until just recently, that was our first mistake. We opened the box just to find out no instructions were attached. The plumber was able to installed it after many attempts but was missing a part on the side of the sink. He couldn't figured out how to make the temperature work or the lights. After installation we noticed that started leaking from the water lines. I wouldn't buy it again neither do I recommended. Sink is nice and would it be so nice if all the features would it be working. I message the company to see How I can fix these problems but have not receive any response from them

Does not come with instructions and the video is not very clear on which mounting points for hoses. However The sink works amazing and the company stands behind their product I had 2 pieces that leaked and they expedited them to my house and were very responsive on a resolution.

This is a pretty good budget sink, with features I would expect to have to pay more for. Similar sinks on Amazon cost substantially more while offering largely the same product. I enjoy the sink and think it is a good value. Pro ----- The sink works exactly like you would expect. The three water delivery methods work as intended. The inserts fit in the sink, and the remote drain function works as expected. The unit uses the water flow to power its display, so no electricity is required. The components seem to be of reasonable quality for this budget sink - nothing felt "overly cheap". Con ------ The instructions are not good. The translations are pretty poor, and the pictures of the individual steps are lacking. If you are handy and have done some basic plumbing/home improvement, most of the install should be pretty self-explanatory. The only components I have not been impressed with are the drain hoses for the overflow and the knife/tool holder - his sink came with a leaking hose and missing an o-ring for the knife/tool holder. My largest frustration is not being able to find a way to reach out to the seller directly to attempt to get these components replaced. Note: Being in the USA, I might have liked if the display was capable of changing to Fahrenheit (it reads in Celsius). Guess I should learn metric anyway - nobody else uses freedom units anymore.

Great product. I really recommend to watch the videos for the set up. I would like to mention two things: - It comes with a fancy pipping. It acts like a P trap. If you already have a P trap you will have two and the water won’t go. I replaced the fancy ending and connected it straight to the drain. I did not had much room to do the opposite due the old distribution of an old building. I would love to have their trap since you can clean it way better/faster. - The cup washer didn’t work. I want to mention the proactivity of the seller. In 24h i got a new piece, I installed it and it works perfect. Overall is not as easy as it seems but at the end I have the coolest sink and it works without leakage or pressure failure. I consider myself pretty handy and took me a while but it is worth it. It seemed risky due the lack of unpaid reviews but in this case, we got a good product.

Sink was a little complicated to install because of incomplete installation instructions but turned out nice.

The sink didn't have any instructions. So hubby looked up similar installs on YouTube. Took a couple days start to finish. Love this prep sink. Great water pressure on all the features.

Hoses are not up to par. They continue to leak. Other features are okay. The sink overall looks very nice, but as far as a working sink I would not purchase this again. Very disappointed.
