This is a nice looking case with 2 layers of protection that do not add a lot of extra bulk. The case fits the phone well.The Rebel 3 hard case is a single unit that is almost entirely covered by the soft case so if it falls there is no hard plastic part that will pop off and break.Only time will tell if the hard plastic surrounding the screen, the speaker and the camera of the case will hold up. To be fair, I find most plastic these days tends to be britttle.My only complaint is the kickstand. Difficult to flip open and while open feels a bit filmsy, the kickstand could be the weakest point of the hard case.
