Delicious fresh coffee beans
The Coffee is on par with coffee chain coffee taste. Strong but not super overpowering either. The beans were mostly uniform and looked to have a good colour on them. As they were sealed, they smelt very fresh and fragrant when opened. It has been a few weeks now as I am still getting through them, I have been storing in an airtight container in the freezer. The beans still smell fresh once defrosted and ground up. Recommended to give these a try to possibly replace your usual morning cup of coffee.

Best coffee
To my taste it is a good coffee but I personally prefer the other brands of Brazilian coffee.

Not as had hopped
A bland tasting coffee, and had hoped for a better taste, but the price was good.

Big Ol' bag of beans
This is actually quite a large bag of coffee beans and if you look at a price point of view it is not too bad especially if you compare it to a half-decent bag in the supermarket .Someone once told me that good coffee you can smell it before you open the bag ..and this rings true with this coffee as well, you get oodles of aroma from it and the taste is very creamy and strong without being overpowering, I wouldn't call it a strong coffee which it doesn't take from the fact that it is a nice smooth coffee.I would definitely recommend it.

Aromatic Medium Dark Roast Beans That Produce A Well Balanced, Tasty Espresso
I got the 1kg sized bag of these delicious Brown Bear beans. The bag, incidentally is not resealable once opened. My first reaction was that the beans appeared slightly smaller than my usual beans but they are a good quality, Medium Dark in colour bean. I set my bean-to-cup machine to the following parameters (that the machine recommended for that roast level), "Medium Water Temperature" and a "Medium Grind" and the resulting espresso shot is great with a decent crema to it.There is a sweet tobacco scent from the beans and once brewed into an espresso, this tobacco scent combines really well with a burnt, yet sweet caramel taste. It's very smooth, very good and I would agree with the 3 strength rating. I've thoroughly enjoyed this as a morning espresso or in both Americanos and Flat Whites.

nice medium roasted coffee
on arrival the bag seemed to have quite a lot of air inside that hadn't been forced out of the one way valve but thankfully it still smelt pretty fresh.I dialled in using my normal recipe of ~17g for 2.5x extraction in about 30 seconds.I found the coffee to be very enjoyable. my tastes tend towards the third wave london specialty shops style roasts and this fell pretty solidly into that range for me.weighed the bag and can confirm it's full weight. with a best before date of next year. no roasting date which is a little bit of a shame but i'm used to smaller roasters rather than retail suppliers so maybe i'm asking for too much.for the price it's a little cheaper than my usual budget choices so i think i would buy again, perhaps not all the time but definitely include it in the rotation if i need something delivered next day because we're running out.

Lovely bodied coffee
Brown Bear's Brazilian Yellow Bourbon speciality coffee beans are a delightful treat for any coffee aficionado, boasting a rich aroma that tempts even through an unopened bag. These medium roast beans are particularly noted for their well-rounded body, making them an excellent choice for those like me who prefer their coffee black. The beans grind well for all types of coffee machines and offer a gentle strength level of 3, ideal for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up without being overwhelmingly strong. The pleasant flavour profile not only refreshes but also satisfies the palate with every sip, making it a dependable and enjoyable brew for daily enjoyment.

Well worth trying
Makes a lovely cappuccino with frothy milk. Has a hint of sweetness and no bitter aftertaste.Possibly stronger than 3.Would make a great present for someone who loves coffee and wildlife.
