I have noticed a small reduction in pain after just two weeks of taking the recommended daily dose. Longer time is needed for me to be able to give an accurate response. If you're in pain it's decently worth a try. The price is very reasonable.

These pills are fairly large. I had no problem swallowing them but If you have problems with large pills you may want to consider gels.
