Phenomenal product, my backyard chickens absolutely love this. I've used these as treats to help train my growing flock to come when I call them as well as to encourage to them to scratch and dig in certain areas of the yard.It comes from a trusted brand, USA made and packaged, and its healthy for them. Thats what I call a winning product!

I am always looking for healthy treats to give my backyard flock, and Flockleader’s Freedom Fly treats absolutely fit the bill. Great value, the chickens love them, and they’re good for the birds -- high in protein, healthy fats, and calcium. I like that they’re sustainable, and that the entire supply chain is domestic. Our rooster’s name is Nugget, so I am having fun with the name of this product, too!

My girls love these! I just shake the box and they come running. I use them to get my chickens back into their run if I need to. They can’t resist them. Thank you for an all American made product. I got chickens with the intention of doing a small something sustainable to produce our own food. So it made no sense to me to buy BSL that had been shipped here from overseas. I will only buy from these!

I mix the Soldier Larva with my wild bird seed mix and the birds love it. The squirrels do not eat it. When I mix this in I get more birds than only with the seed / nugget mix. Some birds like it more than the mealworms. It's good to mix both of them. Black soldier fly grubs contain about 50x more calcium than mealworms; BSFL generally has a slightly higher protein content, mealworms contain more fat and fiber.

My chickens just don't like solder flies.

My chickens flocked (pun intended) to this treat when they heard the box shake for the first time, but when they heard me shake it for another treat a few hours later they couldn’t get to then fast enough. They were shoving each other and pecking these treats up so fast!!I love that the bag comes sealed and that they are American 🇺🇸 made!!I’ll be a repeat customer for sure!

I love that these are sourced and made in the USA. Hard to find that. Chickens love them and I feel good giving them something not sourced from China like every other brand of these are!
