Great caffeine alternative to energy drinks
I bought these with the intention of cutting back on energy drinks and 5 hour energy when I start to feel myself crashing out getting tired. So far I've been really pleased with the product. Being able to take one pill and receive the energy needed to stay awake on long trips or at work is way nicer than drinking 2-3 energy drinks that sometimes upset my stomach. Definitely a great product and works well when you need a caffeine kick to help you get through.

Does the job.
Nice price for energy for a man with MS that saps it.

Based on cost its effectiveness is modest
Green tea extract, when combined with caffeine, is an effective combination. The strength and quality of the tablets permit breaking them in half if the recommended dosage of 220 mg is excessive. Energy levels are influenced by the dosage, the amount of water consumed, and various lifestyle factors.

It's caffeine.
Sometimes i need to fight sleepiness for work on the night shift.. Caffeine+L-Theanine didn't do the job at the caffeine levels I needed. It actually made me sleepier. Now, this product does have "green tea extract", but that's just window dressing for marketing purposes. The pill size is too small for it to contain appreciable amounts of theanine, which is exactly what I wanted. So, basically, it's 220mg of cheap caffeine. I take two as needed, usually on the first or second night of my schedule, and a half hour later I'm where I need to be. If I begin to drag 3-4 hours later, and it's going to be an extra long shift, i have, on super rare occasion, taken one more. Not sure this product even needs a review since we all know what caffeine is and does, here I am.

A Cup of Coffee in a Pill
My gut can't take the acid in a cup of coffee anymore, so one of these does the trick. Cream and sugar are optional. The quality is good, and although I thought No-Doze was better, the extra expense was ridiculous.

Poor packaging, pills cause jitteriness, does the green tea extract even does anything
I used to use a different brand and had amazing experience with it, no jitteriness, just pure awareness and energy. It ran out so I wanted to try a different brand and this one has 'supposeldy' the same formula (200mg caffeine and 20 mg green tea extract), more pills and a more affordable price. I was so excited to test this but it fell flat, I fell jittery and Lowkey anxious for the first time since using caffeine pill with green tea extract. I won't be repurchasing, I'm going back to my old brand.

Expect some variation
Would I recommend this specific brand/variant? Yes! The bottle I received came sealed, has an expiration date of 04/2024 (I bought it in 03/2022), and it has exactly 300 individual tablets inside as advertised (yes, I counted them)! And most importantly, they do seem to work. There is one thing you should note if this is your first time buying caffeine pills though. Efficiency seems to be a very broad problem with this type of product regardless of brand. By that, I mean that it's probably best to go in with the expectation that some of these tablets may have a reduced efficacy from one tablet to another regardless of the batch or brand for whatever reason. That doesn't mean that some tablets have less than the advertised milligrams of caffeine in them, but that sometimes the effects simply don't materialize as desired. At least that's been my experience after trying several different brands over the years. Sometimes they work as expected and sometimes they just don't.Some extra thoughts:I've been using caffeine pills exclusively these days and have been using this particular "220mg with Green Tea" variant for a little over a month now and I would say that these do work as advertised with varying degrees of success. Sometimes the recommended single (1) tablet is all it takes to give me a good energy boost that lasts anywhere from 4 to 10 hours. Other times I have to double dose because the first pill did absolutely nothing and I'm still feeling drowsy 2 hours later. However, doing this can be risky because if the second pill is one of the more potent ones, then you can actually end up experiencing some negative side effects like headaches, heart palpitations, etc. so I advise against double dosing. If the first pill is too weak, then just get a cup of coffee instead lol.

Tablets Can Be Cut To mg Needed
I like taking tablets compared to drinking a lot of coffee because drinking too much coffee increases the urge to urinate in me.
