Arrived quickly and did help with pain in my back

Was very sceptical about these but with a knee injury taking so long to heal and causing pain daily I thought I’d try them, well after two days the pain has almost gone! My husband has used them for his elbow and back and also really helping take the pain away. At first I was worried as felt really hot and wasn’t sure if it was burning but it was just the heat. Would definitely recommend!

Rubbish!! Do Not Buy. No heat at all. Waste of money Extremely disappointed 😞

Used the plasters after the shower, on dry skin I applied them to my knees. It was soothing initially but after 20 minutes, it started to pull and warm, quite painful. I had to remove them . It helped with my pain relief and stiffness. I would recommend them but use them for a short time.

The pads are great They give off a good warming heat They stick very well They also smell pleasant

Suffered for two years from right knee which hurt at times when walking, pain being noticeably greater when going up stairs. An advert on TV spoke of a miracle cure to knee pain. I nearly changed the program but, for once, saw it to the end. The ten or fifteen pounds seemed worth a try and the relief of some eight hours was immediate. It turned out the patches were even better than I thought possible. All this was some four years ago when I used a few months' worth then forgot about them. This came back to me this morning when I realised the source of the pain, within inside the body, had vanished. I then renewed the patches, seeing I just noticed a very faint feeling to keep going, amazed at them being a cure not just a pain relief.

Very difficult to separate as all stuck together and no heat at all very disappointed

Cannot do without these patches. They work really well, smell nice , no drugs in them . Advice would be to remove half hour before bath or shower as they can cause a sensation to the affected area
