Came very quickly . OMTECH contacted me through Amazon to see how i was getting on . Up and running perfectly. Good bit of kit, glad I bought it now. easy to get to grips with . happy with product and supplier.

As we have not received the water cooler that is required with this item we have been unable to use it. I therefore cannot give a positive review for it.

So far so good! Still in the experimenting process but everything so far has went smoothly! Customer service from omtech is also super useful

I ordered this machine and was let down by the supplier, I then took a gamble and ordered it again, this time it arrived within a week. Build quality is very impressive, it's solid and arrived undamaged. All cabling is nicely routed and terminated. The air assist pump made a terrible noise and required some packing put between it and the metal casing, now it's very quiet. The exhaust hose is almost a waste of time as it's very short, I opted for some from Amazon instead, also the included silicone cooling pipe is quite short and kinks easily, I replaced this too. The machine is very easy to get up and running, I use lightburn software and it works a treat with this cutter. If you're in the market for a decent quality laser engraver/cutter you won't find cheaper and better value than this, the quotes I obtained for a British made equivalent were between 5 and 6K.
