So looking at the other reviews, I feel I need to lead with the most important thing. NAC has an incredibly harsh taste that is very hard to cover up. If you're sensitive to sour/bitter, I'd recommend putting this in capsules. I'd say the flavor is akin to like a warhead candy, but with some bitter notes and it doesn't subside until you swallow it. It doesn't bother me though for the amount I save buying in bulk. That being said, I have found some things that help; for me I dump the scoop onto the back of my tongue and then drink immediately; I found coke zero actually seemed to cover the taste a bit. Coffee on the other hand was an incredibly bad choice and somehow seemed to make the flavor stronger. I haven't tried mixing it in anything because I can't imagine they're may things out there that could cover up a flavor like this.As for the effectiveness, like with any supplements, look for a study confirming it can do what you want it to do, as well as the dose used in the study. I don't want to get into specific medical conditions, but that's what I did to figure out what dosage to take (was more than this product recommended) and it seems to be helping.

The benefits for me are too many to mention. Take it every morning on an empty stomach. The taste is quite good.

Very easy to use and I love NAC and the benefits of it. I'd say my only complaint is that it isn't unflavored. It's more of a "no flavor added. It is extremely bitter and tastes of sulfur. For me it is worth it though and if it truly bothers you just mix it in juice and it will taste fine.

Perfect product.. Since it's packed with Huge Water absorbing packet I assume repackage to USE SIZE would benefit. It's lightly acidic so tart.. Simply put in water .. I ended up at 1/2 scoop as I ended up LOOSE Poop, but that might have been food that first week... INFLAMMATION path broken is one of the MAJOR risk in COVID and exercise recovery.. In theory get passes blood brain barrier .. and I believe I got large benefit to BRAIN FOG and mood .. I take this NAC powder with their glycine powder (GLY/NAC). GLY/NAC is a powerful combination that increases glutathione levels, especially in older adults.The NAC powder form is a better option than pills because it doesn't contain all the nasty additives that are used in pills to make it easier for the pill to slide through the machine. Taking NAC in powder form you avoid all that. And the price of powdered NAC is cheaper than pills, giving you many more servings for less money. Lastly powder is more absorbable than pills. Love this product! Bought it to help with boosting immune health for me and my son. Most NAC supplements come in pill form. I bought this one specifically bc it comes in free powdered form! So I can share with my son now! I add to his smoothie and he happily drinks it! The taste is a slight bitter taste but not too bad. My son is picky and he happily still drinks it!
