What is the berry:product weight ratio/percentage? I.e. how many grams of berries to the final jam product for this jam?

i measured out two grams of the jam and counted 10 seeds in that amount. i hope this helps.

Label says berries are "wild" cloudberries but there is also sugar added which does NOT say organic plus there are also preservatives added. Nothing on the label actually says organic so I would say NO this is not an organic product.

What is the ratio of fruit to sugar?

Label says: serving size 18 g ....... Total Carb 10g (4%DV)....Total sugars 10g (incl 9g added sugars, 18% DV). ... All other ingredients on the label say (0% DV). Comparison: Ihave a jar of Tillmans Ekologisk Hjortronsylt, purchased in Sweden, that states " To 100g hjortronsylt we use 45 g hjortron, 36 g socker ......Total sugar 42 g per 100 g serving.

Is this the exact same product that is sold in Sweden, just under a label in English?

i am not certain, but the ones my friends brought over directly from sweden, had fewer seeds than this one i ordered from amazon. this one was also very delicious tasting, but i prefer the one with fewer seeds.
