Not at all like the pictures
Product is nothing like the pictures. Completely flat even after day. Not thick and fluffy as described. Poor quality. Would not recommend

Not like the picture at all
It's so flat, barely any volume to it, looks completely different from the picture, the color is similar but it's not what I expected at all. Looks more like a fluffy rug than a pillow. I'm giving it 2 stars because my pets still didn't mind using it so I'm keeping it, but it's disappointing how different it is from what I expected from the pictures.

Soft and comfortable
This is a great puppy bed. Very soft. I just washed and tumble dried it. Still fluffy and soft.

Photo and reality are miles apart
This product is nothing like the photograph. In the picture it clearly looks like this is a raised side cushioned bed but the reality is that it is a flat piece of cheap material.
