The little rubber feet were missing from my original order. Inside the package was a note, indicating that if there was any issue with the product, Authumberdale would be happy to try and resolve said issues. The company went beyond my expectations to solve the issue. The product performs as advertised and is a wonderful addition to my bathroom sink area. Not a whole lot to say for this except it does what it is advertised to do. Our only worry about it is everything we went to store on it was bigger than the piece was, so it isn't quite working out for us. However, functionally it is great. It just doesn't fit our big soap bottles or toothbrush holder.

I have well water that is extremely hard... Like we have to descale our coffee maker once a week and it hurts to take a shower hard. I also have older black granite counter tops that show water stains very easily, and a husband and kids who somehow manage to flood the area around the kitchen sink every time they turn the water on. Once a month I would heat up some white vinegar and go through almost an entire roll of paper towels removing the hard water stains and scale from around the faucet where the water would seep under the hand soap dispenser and sponge holder sat. I got this stone drying caddy in hope that it would reduce the amount of water that would accumulate on the counter in these higher traffic areas and it has! It's been on the back of my sink holding a dishwashing sponge and a bottle of hand soap for 4 days and there isn't a speck of scale under it. If it wasn't for the built-in dish soap dispenser I would get another one for the other side of the faucet, but alas. It absolutely does what it claims, the gray color of the stone fits any decor, and installation is literally just setting the stone mat into the acrylic holder.

Until this thing, there would always be a puddle at the base of the soap pump next to the faucet. With this, that water dried up quickly which makes the counter look a lot tidier.What I don't know yet: how will soap clean off of this?Also, I don't think you need the plastic frame on this thing at all. It looks a lot better without it. Note that the corners of the plastic are square and the corners of the stone are round. This puts some small gaps in the corners. It doesn't affect functionality at all, it just looks a little odd.

This stone caddy makes my laundry room sink appears more organized. I use it to stop moisture from accumulating under the hand wash bottle.Goodbye to wet counter top. No more mildew or sopping wet products. I love it's simplicity and sleek profile.

It looks a lot nicer online than it does in person. The plastic has visible lines on it and looks cheap. It came with feet attached but had an empty sticker sheet with it? The diatomaceous earth works as expected for quick absorbancy, but I have other trays that are much more visually appealing.

So my tooth brush and water floss will always have water dripping down them and pooling around the counter, so we used to put a towel there to soak it. It would get kind of nasty.This thing is super nice -- all the water that falls down instantly dries.I wish it was slightly wider, as my water flosser is kind of bulky, but otherwise, this is excellent for holding tooth brushes and water flossers on the bathroom counter.At $10, I highly recommend this product!
