Good secondary protein supplement
I consume this for it's protein content and to have as a *secondary* protein supplement apart from whey protein. Just to have variety of protein food sources. It also is good for gut health whose effectiveness I haven't seen much. Tastes bland without sugar but you can get used to it and it's healthy. It used to be sold for ₹30 till Feb 2024 making it a very good deal but they increased the price to ₹39 from Mar 2024. Elsewhere it's availability is less and it's priced MRP ₹45.
